I'm Still Alive

Hey, How's it going! I'm still kicking. As far as my food intake i'm keeping my carbs low, doing a decent job on that. 60 to 70 carbs per meal and i eat at max 3 meals. Usually eat oat meal, cream of wheat or some kind if cereal in the morning. My mornings are different from most people. I'm in bed by 8 or 9 pm back up 3 hours later, then stay up till at least between 4am and 6am. I won't sleep more than a few hours after that. I get around 7 hours sleep everyday, just mixed up through out the day. Welcome to retirement, lol.

One thing has changed being a diabetic. My nerve endings act up once in a while. I get quick sharp pains, it jumps around actually never noticed where mostly in the feet, legs or hands. Probably from eating to many cookies. I eat at least 3 a day and put sugar on my cereal, oatmeal or cream of wheat anyway. I never use sugar for anything else. Once in a while i'll eat a candy bar, like a few times a month.

Still 30 to 40 pounds under weight looking like a POW skinny person. I don;t like that, was always in some kind of decent shape. I'm thinking on getting back to an exercise program that i will build myself. I'm sure i can gain some kind of weight. Until next time i will let you know if i gained any, later.
